We accept returns within 7 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

    1. The fabric must be in its original, uncut, and unused condition.
    2. The fabric must be in its original packaging.
    3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

    1. Fabric that has been cut, altered, or washed.
    2. Clearance or sale items.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorisation number.
    2. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer support team.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If the return is approved:
